just went for a run

i went with one of my roommates, and originally i wasn’t going to go because i was tired but i find that exercise makes me so much more awake

i went for a 50 minute walk and there was some pretty amazing uphill jogging

i look at my absolute finest right now obviously

the temperature was amazing too, slightly chilly but i didn’t sweat too much which was good

i also creeped on some pretty houses :-)

i want to find an app on my phone that records how long i’ve gone and stuff.. i downloaded one but it didn’t work and it was really crap but i’m going to try this other one i just got

i think i’m going to be so much more awake to do work now

PLUS i didn’t have any junk today

i ate a cupcake today but otherwise NO JUNK

i had to eat a cupcake or else they’d go off :(

but i made a prawn salad and it was amazing

  • baby spinach
  • cucumber
  • prawns
  • soy sauce
  • balsamic vinear

and how you cook the prawns:

  1. peel prawns if necessary
  2. heat up a pan, put a dash of oil and a bit of garlic
  3. add prawns and watch out if the oil splashes you omg it BURNS
  4. add a bit of cooking soy sauce and salt (don’t make it too salty else it’ll be disgusting lmao)
  5. flip the prawns when you can see a bit of burning on one side

add a bit of soy sauce and vinegar to the salad

actually another thing

we bought frozen prawns a while ago so i’ve just been using them to add to my stuff and you have to defrost them, but as well as that, when you cook them they give off a LOT of water so you just have to be careful. what i do is that i cook them so that they give off all their water and then drain them and re-cook them and i don’t add in the soy sauce until i’ve drained them, and then they should be a little burnt which is really nice

breakfast i skipped because i had to rush to the coast

after the exam omfg i was so hungry

i shared a pack of milk duds with my friend

and then i felt even more hungry afterwards

i shared chicken and chips with my friend

AND THEN WHEN I GOT HOME

I ATE LIKE 3 PACKS OF MACADAMIA BRITTLE

ALL THESE CHEESE CRACKERS

HALF A PACK OF CHEESECAKE CUBES

and then dinner

followed by more cheesecake cubes!!!!!

UGH I DON’T EVEN CARE RIGHT NOW

studying all morning, day and night has made me unusually hungry so just until monday i honestly don’t care how much i eat for the next few days

I STARTED OFF WELL WITH A NICE SALAD

and then i opened a packet of seaweed crackers….. 102 calories for 1/3 of the packet! AND I THINK I ATE LIKE HALF OF IT LAWL

then cheesecake and dinner

and then i had blueberries and like 2 bowls of ice cream

MANGO AND MACADAMIA

AND THEN MORE SEAWEED CRACKERS

i seriously could go for another bowl or 2 of this

i’m just so freaking hungry

lunch: mum made my salad and omfg it was HUGE. i had to split it up and eat it in 2 lots because i couldn’t finish it dkfjngskfjngksjnfkgjnsfg

dinner: AGAIN I MADE A HUGE DINNER but i was hungry because i’d worked all freaking day

mum made marinara! so i tried that with the rest of my pasta salad and it was b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l

dessert: kiwi fruit and mandarin!

Gradually adding more junk to my diet

When we went down to the coast for Fright Night, my friend accidentally left his cheesecake cubes in my car (YES OVERNIGHT, DON’T JUDGE ME) so i casually stole them and put them in my freezer OK AGAIN DON’T JUDGE ME, IT’S GROSS TO GIVE BACK FOOD LOL, i will explain later

Lunch: S-A-L-A-D

Post-lunch: i was really hungry so i opened a box of cheesecake cubes

ok i have like, one cube a day but today i was extra hungry and had 2 LOL

IN MODERATION IT’S OK

15 CALORIES PER CUBE

i decided that it wasn’t good to COMPLETELY deprive my body of junk because i’m still sick so i get cravings…. i’d rather have 15 calories and one cube than an entire packet of chips :D

THEY’RE SO YUMMY AND ON SALE, 3 FOR $8 AT COLES

dinner: basically the same as lunch

and then after dinner i had 2 kiwi fruits and ugh my life is great

I got back home really late last night so I didn’t get time to make my salad for today

I wake up and there’s a salad in the fridge made for me :-) thank you mummy!!!

Making up for junk

So like at the first party I went to last night I made a promise to myself that I’d eat a little just so that I wouldn’t die and wake up with a massive headache at the other one

BUT YEAH I ATE LIKE ALL THE FOOD

LIKE THE WHOLE BOWL OF CHIPS, 23492739487234 MEAT BALLS, LIKE 10 DUMPLINGS AND I KEPT GOING FOR THE CHICKEN NUGGETS

I felt really sick but I guess it saved me this morning :-) BUT I ATE LIKE 5 PIECES OF CAKE LOL oh well

Lunch: I made my chicken salad pasta!

It doesn’t look ~that~ different but it tastes so good because it’s partially warm from the chicken, mushroom and broccoli fdkjgnskfdjngfkg

  • Stir fried broccoli with garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce
  • Cucumber
  • Macaroni
  • Tomato
  • Corn
  • Stir fried chicken and mushrooms in teriyaki sauce
  • Soy sauce & rice vinegar dressing

I HAD ICE CREAM AND A CUBE OF CHEESECAKE AFTER so like what…. 100 or so calories? ahh well

Dinner: pretty much the same thing LOL minus the lettuce, corn and tomato

+ japanese mayonaise, soy sauce and rice vinegar
